Hangar 9 B-29 Mitchel with Twin Electric motors

Windfreak flying wing.

A 70’s design modified for sloping, now converted to electric power for thermal soaring.

Seagull Steadfast Yak 3U ARF fitted with OS 33GT petrol engine. Undercarriage supplied and NOT very good. A lot of work gone into making them robust. Not flown successfully without undercart collapsing. Classed as a 20cc model but much better with 33cc. Still running in on 35:1 petrol/fully synth oil mix

Canberra Built from the “English Electric Models” kit with 2 Lander 50mm fans.

Needs powerful catapult launch so now developing a twin EDF launching trolley.

Wik Condor semi scale motor glider. Built over 35 years ago fitted with OS 26 FS originally. Converted to AXI electric power recently with new cowl and u/c. Capable of thermal soaring

This is a Loaded Dice 30 fuselage built from a kit, with wings, canopy and u/c from a crashed Zen 30 ARTF. Fitted with an ASP 36 for excellent aerobatic performance.

Acrowot Built by another club member years ago from Chris Foss kit, now re-furbished and fitted with new Laser 70

Green electric model with invasion stripes is a 28″ span Top Flite Schoolboy, decorated as a pseudo Piper Grasshopper, rudder elevator & motor speed control.

Flair SE5 . 52″ span, Solartex covered. Modified with extra detail. OS 52 four stroke power. Flies very realistically on half throttle.
